About Yoga WITH JESS

A slow, gentle practice that links mind, body and breath. We begin by centering and grounding, build toward a sequence of postures and slow flows, and end with a guided systematic relaxation. Modifications are offered to suit all levels. Improve balance, build strength and promote steadiness and ease throughout the mind and body.

About OUR Flowers… Grown slowly, with intention

The slow flower movement, much like the slow food movement, centers around locally-grown, non-exploitative products grown with love and intention. It takes months, and in some cases years, for us to grow our flowers to full bloom. How much sweeter it is, growing these beautiful plants and slowly enjoying them every step of the way, than it is to fly them in boxes from across the globe.
